I thought the certificate would look better on white (not black on black) and particularly being a christening gift, white was better.

I named a star for my newborn Grandson which, when it arrived and given to his parents, they were overwhelmed with thanks and gratitude for such a unique long-life gift. and when he shared this with his friends on FB they were equally surprised with the idea.

Paid for rush shipping and a week and 3 days to come beautiful once i got it but disappointed with how long and fedex was no help

If you want to return this package to them pursuant to their return policy, it will cost almost $200 USD to send it to Germany. They know it is too costly to return it, so their return policy is not an option for those of us in the USA. This was not worth the money in my opinion.

Got the bright star package for my wife, but so far we haven't seen it yet. Reason because the star doesn't come into our view until 2 in the morning and only has about an hour window of view time. I specifically got the bright star package since it was described as being one of the early stars you could see when it starts to get dark, but what's the point it it's not even in view for majority of the night.

La présentation et très légère on voit des supers coffrets sur les vidéos mais en réel un vulgaire emballage carton reçu
Bonjour. Nous sommes désolés que la présentation du produit n'ait pas répondu à vos attentes. Les visuels et vidéos présentent le coffret dans son ensemble, mais l'emballage d'expédition est volontairement simple afin de protéger le produit durant le transport. Le contenu du coffret correspond bien à ce qui est annoncé dans la description.

I can’t even see the start and I paid extra to choose a bright star.

The dark blue certified with stars is beautiful. I'm very disappointed to find the naming of the star for my mom is all FAKE, and it cost me $158 for a FAKE certificate in a frame. Real stars are ONLY named thru NASA. Sadly, with my total amount, I paid an additional $30 for an extra "bright star", which you can't see anyway. Their system even asked for a tip when there was no human contact. I spelled a name wrong, they corrected and wanted another $20 for a printout of the updated certificate, but I printed it out at FedEx for $7.
