I purchased a star package for a friend as a Christmas gift who lost his father over the summer. He absolutely loved the sentiment behind it, because I named it after his had. He enjoys looking at it on the app when he’s missing him.
My first order did not arrive for a few months and missed giving it as a Christmas gift and the company contacted me when I said I was unsatisfied and gave me the option of sending a new order at no cost or money back.
